“As a bilingual movement instructor, I guide people into a deeper sense of awareness and range of motion by weaving together strength, mobility, and nervous system awareness — creating flexibility that feels supportive rather than extreme and strength that feels well-balanced, smart, and balanced.”

I’m a yoga teacher and photographer living outside of Guadalajara, Mexico, where land stewardship, motherhood, and my devotion to practice shapes how I live, learn, and teach.

I’m a lifelong student of yoga, mobility, and the nervous system. My work is less about pushing bodies into shapes and more about helping people feel in control, capable, and at home within their own bodies.

Through strength-based mobility, inversions, backbends, and intuitive flow, I offer a practice rooted in honesty and presence — one that meets both beginners and seasoned movers where they are.

Teaching, for me, is not about mastery. It’s about relationship — with the body, the breath, the inner and outer world, and the ongoing process of transforming and becoming.

I discovered yoga in my early twenties when I found a 26+2 hot yoga studio while recovering from drug addiction, and it has remained a steady thread through every season of my life ever since. A devotional practice that constantly reminds me how to come home. In 2022, I completed my 200-hour teacher training with Authentic Movements, which deepened my fascination with movement as an evolving, lifelong study and craft, rather than a fixed discipline.

Since then, my learning has continued through a blend of online study and in-person workshops focused on intuitive sequencing, flexibility and contortion, handstands, inversions, and nervous-system-informed mobility. I’ve had the privilege of learning from teachers such as Irene Papas, Janet Stone, Talia Sutra, Marie Bell PR, and so many more wonderful teachers in person and online.

My teaching mirrors my personal practice — creative, fluid, embodied and intelligent. I integrate mobility training, movement concepts, inversion drills, yoga, breath work, and primal patterns to accomplish a well-rounded and fine-tuned movement practice. Whether online or in person, my intention is to keep learning, teaching, and cultivating spaces where curiosity, play, resilience, and connection can thrive.
