Private 1:1 Movement Coaching
This coaching is rooted in yoga, mobility strength, breath, and nervous-system awareness. It meets you as a whole person — not a body to fix or optimize.
This is a relationship-based practice for those seeking depth, consistency, and embodied change over time.

how it works
Private coaching is offered through structured containers rather than drop-in sessions. Each container includes live 75-minute private sessions via Zoom, held within a clearly defined timeframe to support consistency, integration, and embodied change.
Sessions are mobility-focused and shaped around your goals and capacity. Your practice evolves week to week in response to your body and life, with breath and nervous system awareness woven in.
Support extends beyond our live sessions and may include:
weekly coffee chats for connection & direction
periodic check-ins for reflection and integration
video feedback on your movement
personalized practices and written or PDF companions as needed
coaching plans are shaped around:
your nervous system and capacity
your strength and mobility needs
your lifestyle and daily demands
cyclical health, energy, and recovery
your goals and dedication to them
This work is slow, intentional, and built around your real life — no quick fixes.
I may draw from tools such as Gene Keys or Human Design as contextual lenses — never prescriptive —
always in service of creating a practice that is sustainable, responsive, and aligned with you.
this is private movement coaching with accountability, refinement, and relationship
“Our classes are just what I need to keep the fire going within my goals. I'm stubborn and in all of my years in competitive sports I have never hired a coach. As a runner I was asked to coach others all the time and I realized that I don't think I could hold space for other peoples emotions. Simply, I didn't have space to build friendships from coaching. I feel comfortable in our sessions to fumble and laugh about it. Thanks for creating that space.”

Private coaching is offered through structured containers rather than an open-ended weekly schedule. Each container includes a set number of 75-minute private sessions, spaced intentionally to support consistency, integration, and sustainability.
Session timing and pacing are clearly defined within each container.
-
Seasonal Private Coaching is a shorter-term option designed for focused support during a specific season, transition, or area of refinement.
The Two-Month Private Coaching container is a deeper commitment that allows more time for patterns to emerge, practices to evolve, and embodied change to take root.
Both offerings share the same approach. The difference is duration, depth, and continuity of support.

This work is designed around real life. Session pacing, focus, and intensity are shaped in response to your capacity, energy, and responsibilities rather than rigid programming.
The container provides structure while allowing the practice to flex as needed.
